Unable to access other websites except Google sites on web browser


Do you have an internet connection but your browsers do not open other web pages besides google sites like YouTube, Google search etc?.


Does your connection timeout every time you try to access other websites?

Below are some easy steps to follow to get rid of this problem.

  1. Open command prompt, make sure to  Run as Administrator (Right click)
  2. Type netsh int ip reset reset.log hit, then enter. i.e. resets windows TCP/IP stack
  3. Type netsh winsock reset catalog, then enter. i.e. resets windows Winsock entries
  4. Restart your system.
